Thompson Realty Group came to us looking to name and brand a new property in Red Oak, Texas. A nod to the original location of Red Oak and a word meaning “circle of houses,” Ovilla became the name for the new development. Joined at the hip with Legacy Square, the entertainment focal point of the community, Ovilla invites its residents to “Blend Out.” With a name as unique as the property, we produced an award-winning brand intent on giving mediocrity the middle finger.
